The client needed to renovate its offices, modernizing the environments so that they not only projected the
image of a company in step with the times, but also were able to positively stimulate its employees,
increasing their well-being and productivity. It was a project that extended to the entire property and which therefore had to respond to the needs of different types of room, namely: offices, executive meeting room, single operating office, multi-station room with four seats, relaxation/food corner and waiting room.
The method
In the implementation of workspace design processes, Wacebo collaborates with distributors, retailers and partners to form a comprehensive network to meet customer needs. This process starts with an inspection by the distributor, retailer, or area partner, who interfaces with the business representative to understand company’s needs and vision, and maps the environment with measurements and photographs. Based on this information, we create a design to be submitted to the client and, once refined basing on feedback and approved, to be implemented.
A healthy and stimulating environment
Workstation ergonomics was undoubtedly our first concern, knowing how much a proper combination of
seats and desks have a positive impact on the health of people who spend much of their day in the office. We also preferred to minimize the barriers between workstations to encourage dialogue and interaction, because it is precisely from confrontation between people that new ideas capable of creating value and achieving increasingly ambitious goals are born in a workspace, but without sacrificing the functionality of the environment and thus integrating storage units under desks or in wall-mounted furniture.
